Fusion Flo is an excellent flowable composite that delivers high strength & wears resistance. It is characterized by optimum surface affinity, penetrates into the most difficult areas. It combines esthetics as well as flow-on-demand handling for use.

• Filling of smaller cavities
• Extended fissure sealing
• Restoration class III to V
• Repairs of fillings & veneers

Composition :

• Bisphenol A Glycidyl Methacrylate,
• Ethoxlated Bisphenol A Dimethacrylate,
• Urethane Dimethacrylate,
• Triethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate,
• Silanated Barium Glass Powder,
• Amorphous Fumed Silica,
• Total inorganic filler 70%.

Technical Data :

• Curing Time : 40 Sec.
• Depth of Cure : 1.0 (Opaque Shade), 1.5 (Other Shade)
• Compressive Strength : 150 – 200 MPa
• Flexural Strength : 100 – 120 MPa

Precautions : Eugenol containing materials should not be used with this product because they may effect polymerization and interfere with the hardening process. Being sensitive to heat and light, the syringes should be kept away from direct sun light.

Storage Conditions : Store at temperature between 10°C to 24°C. Close the cap carefully after use. Keep away from moisture. Shelf life not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place.

Shelf Life : 3 years from the date of manufacturing.

• 4 x 2g Fusuon Flo Syringes
• 20 x Syringe Applicator Tips

• Apply the material with applicator tip directly in the cavity and pre contour with a suitable instrument.
• The layer should not be thicker than 2mm.
• Light cure for 40 sec using standard curing light.
